Our small, family-owned company relies on our passion for hand crafting special products from only the best cacao beans. In our bars, we only use the finest, California-grown nuts and fruits. L’Amourette Orange and Pomelo Peel Bars are made using California-grown fruits that we purchase from a farmers’ market only the day before. We meticulously cut into tiny pieces to prevent the flavor from overpowering the richness of our fine chocolate. Our Cherries and Almonds bars are made from sun dried California cherries without sulphur dioxide and salted whole California Almonds. Please note that we make our own chocolate, our Gold line products are single origin, bean-to-bar crafted from exclusive Fino de Aroma cacao beans, cocoa butter, and vegan cane sugar in our own facility
